• Supply, commissioning and maintenance of electric profiling beds, active and static pressure reducing mattresses, bedding, configural shower/commode chairs (Freeway), powerchairs, wheelchairs, slings and hoists, rise/recline armchairs as well as all other mobility and rehabilitation equipment including small aids and incontinence goods. 

 

• Free no obligation consultations in order to assess for the most suitable solution to a person's needs. Where appropriate I will attend with specialist equipment and carry out joint assessments with Occupational Therapists or other healthcare professionals. A written quote will then be provided giving full costs and expected delivery times.

 

• Annual servicing - recommended for many items and this will be carried out, where possible, in situ.  As part of our service we provide care homes with a printed Service Record sheet detailing equipment, serial numbers and date of servicing to ensure documentation requirements are met.

 

• Repairs/faults - we aim to attend to any reported faults as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Written quotes can be provided for any work required.
